Why can't I log in?
You need to register your account. You will need to enter a username, password, school and form group to be able to use Mystickers. If you cannot log in because you have forgotten your password please email your name, username and school name to info@mystickers.co.uk and we will send you your password.
What is a MySticker?
A MySticker is a reward sticker like no other. It has a unique 12 digit code that can be entered online at www.MyStickers.co.uk once it has been rewarded by a teacher. Pupils who log the sticker receive a random amount of points and have the opportunity to access online games and win fantastic prizes.
Who can use MyStickers?
Any pupil in any school in the UK can register their MyStickers on MyStickers.co.uk. Teachers and school staff are nor permitted to win prizes. Adults (over the age of 18) who are not involved with education within schools are not permitted to register or use the online services available on the site for security reasons.

How do I log a code?
If you have not yet registered to use MyStickers, you must first register your details before you can log a code and be awarded points. When you are registered and signed in, you simply need to type in your code in the 'Enter Your Code Here' box and click on 'submit'. If you do not type in your code accurately or make a mistake, you will need to re-enter your code correctly in order to log your sticker and gain your points. Once the points have been allocated for a particular code, you cannot re-use the code again.
A sticker or postcard code can only contain the following characters: ABCDEFGHJKLMNPQRTUVWXYZ1234567890.
If your code is not working please try submitting similar letters for allowed characters.
My school doesn't use MyStickers, can I still use the MyStickers website?
You can still register for MyStickers, but you wont be able to log any stickers or enjoy the full functionality of the site.
If your teachers don't use MyStickers, why not ask them to? They can order them from www.schoolstickers.co.uk
How do I get points?
The only way to currently earn points on MyStickers is to log stickers or postcards. Playing games will not win you more points towards your account.
I entered a code but nothing happened. What did I do wrong?
Firstly, you need to check you have entered the correct code. Then you need to check you haven't already entered the code. If you are sure you haven't and you are sure you are entering the code correctly, you can email us at this address info@MyStickers.co.uk and we will try and track it down for you.
I'm a teacher and I had some stickers stolen, is there anything I can do?
Yes! Report it to us. MyStickers takes theft very seriously. We believe that school rewards should be earned through hard work and lots of effort. We know what codes were in each order dispatched, so if stickers are stolen we can cancel the points and prizes attached to your stickers and ban the guilty pupil from using the site. We will of course replace the stickers that have been stolen and cancelled.
My sticker code does not work, why?
There are two reasons why MyStickers may not allow you to log a sticker code:
- The sticker code has already been logged (either by yourself or someone else)
- You are entering the sticker code incorrectly using invalid characters, for example using letter O's instead of number 0's is the most common problem.
I am a teacher at a school that doesn't use MyStickers, how do I order some?
